3D models

Create three-dimensional models allow to better understand building’s shapes, its genesis and any potential structural weaknesses. By a neat instrumental survey (the so called total station) we recreate buildings outer shell with a very low error allowance. The floor plans and internal thicknesses are then input into the file, thus giving rise to a complete and proper 3D model.

3D modeling is the process of modeling a shape by inserting it into a virtual space generated by the computer through special programs called 3D software.

The operations these softwares can apply to the property models are countless; usually it starts from a primary modeling that evolves during the work through actions such as Surfacing (the definition of surface materials), Mapping, application of a Texture, setting of a Stage, Lighting and its related shading, all in order to optimize the final rendering of the model itself
